Peppinos’s Sports Grill Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Avoid the food here - gross and overpriced. Well, except the spinach salad with blue cheese, walnuts and cried fruit. That was pretty good. But the pizza was super-greasy and the shrimp scampi pasta was foul - could smell the questionable, expired seafood order as soon as the plate was placed down in front of me - yuck! Won't be eating here again

Eaten here three times. Pizza and beer every time because the pizza is excellent. I especially like their spicy pizza. It makes the beer a necessity. Prices are reasonable. Service is prompt and friendly. TV's in each booth allows you to chose your sporting event. Try them, you will like them.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We were having a nice time, until my boyfriend found out his grandfather passed away. The manager asked what happened (why he was crying) and then said take your time but you need to leave. She proceeded to kick us out 10 min later...I am beyond disrespected and flabbergasted. What a rude person, let alone manager. I would NEVER go back. I guess it's fine if you don't have a family emergency, but how rude to kick someone out that needed a minute to cope. (Saturday at 4 pm FYI for Peppino's management). I wonder where she'll be when she has a family emergency. Hopefully not at her own restaurant that she manages.

Like the building and TV setup. Great place to watch a game and enjoy a meal.... The horrible service and lackluster overpriced food spoiled the evening though. We had a server who didn't think we required silverware or napkins. Then complained to us in an incredibly rude manor that we "only" gave a 20% tip! You didn't earn more tip with poor service and an attitude. To top it off charged cover $5 per person... Will avoid in future.

So disappointing. Asked for three different beers off their menu before finding one that they actually had. Then, after one glass, they were out. I finally told them to just bring me anything in stock. Service was crazy slow as well, despite coming around lunch time with a handful of other tables only. Food was bland and greasy. I had the Alfredo pizza which was virtually sauceless. The chicken on it was good and tender but overall there wasn't much flavor. My friend had a calzone that was super shiny and soggy. Since pizza is suppose to be their thing, I can't say I'll be back.

This place was really nice. Great place to watch a game, lots of TVs, you can see them wherever you sit. They have an upstairs as well and a patio, so you can move around a bit too. We tried the margarita pizza and it was pretty good, but I've had better. It's not something I will go back for. It was a game day so they were really busy, so the service was pretty good considering, but they did forget a few things. They need bigger bathrooms - there were only two single bathrooms upstairs, so the lines grew quickly.

I like their pizza but twice now it has been extremely undercooked. Being busy is not an excuse to not cook the food all the way through. This is not a personal preference thing, the dough on the top under the cheese of my pizza is raw. I can literally tear chunks out of it. We had gotten it for carry-out, and it's not worth the risk to drive all the way back there to try again.

Visited for the first time on a Saturday, just after a Spartans game and during a Wolverines game so it was pretty busy and loud. The atmosphere was very friendly even though bad planning meant I was the only person in the place wearing blue. Our first table was the wobbliest in the world so we were led to a new, more steadily level example in the back. Wow, this place is huge! Our server was very pleasant and engaging but not hugely familiar with the beer menu and when our drinks came they were a little flat and underfilled. The kids had no such complaints about their lemonades. So we ordered the bang shrimp for appetizer, I had the buffalo chicken pizza, the good lady ordered Joe's Siciliano pizza while the kids went for spaghetti and meatballs and a pepperoni pizza. The shrimp arrived quickly and in generous number but the bang sauce was really nothing more than a Marie Rose with a sprinkling of chili and was uninspired, which was a shame because the actual shrimp and the coating was pretty decent. The pizzas, though, were wonderful. The buffalo chicken had chopped up boneless wings, celery, red onion and blue cheese and it was simply dogged determination on my part that stopped me needing a box. Seriously, one of the best pizzas I've had in Lansing. The check, with three beers, came to $70 for the four of us, which feels a little sharp but all in all, I can see us coming back.

Really want to like this place but after being seated waited for 13 minutes and no server. One server walked by twice without acknowledging us, that is until we decided to leave and were walking out the door. Another server leaned on the beverage station during this whole period. Didn't see a single employee above 25 and no manager, wonder if that has anything to do with it?

GREAT food and delicious homemade mozzerella sticks. The disappointing part of Peppinos is that they have so many TVs to watch games on but routinely on Sundays the TVs are not set for NFL games until 1:30pm at least. If you are just a Lions fan then that's fine, but if you are looking for other games expect to miss the first half of the first quarter at least. We've even asked for specific games before 1pm and have had no luck til 1:30p+.

I got a personal pizza. It's was pretty good. Great size. Great cook in the crust. Great location for big groups. They have personal tvs in every booth. Good isn't too pricy but the drinks are. I got a short Draft and it was almost as much as my pizza. Which is why it's getting 3 stars. I'm going to go back in a smaller group so i can get a real del of the place.

Should be ZERO STARS. Incredible that a place is charging COVER of 3 bucks on a Saturday at 3 pm. To watch the MSU game??? Seriously.....you are charging folks 3 dollars to come in and order food and beer. I can certainly afford 3 bucks. But I will never go to this pepinos again. Wait in line at Hopcat - drink better beer and have better food than give some greedy manager the privilege of collecting your 3 bucks so you can go in and spenore money. I hope this place goes under. There are SO MANY other place in EL.

I love this place! I think they have some of the best pizza, and hands down the best cheesy bread! The service is kind of slow and the atmosphere is pretty darn loud! Other than that they have great food/ pizza.! Definitely nice being close to campus!!

I don't see what more you could ask for in a college sports bar. About 18 taps and well circulated with michigan favorites. Specials everyday of the week like $2 10" za's wonderfully cooked Monday and Thursday. Maybe a hundred tvs and even personal tvs at the booths. Best nachos I've ever had and best place you will find on earth to watch michigan state games.

This place was my new game day spot until they decided to charge cover which I have never seen a corporate sports bar do. Almost makes me wonder if the owners are aware of this practice. It is absolutely ridiculous that I had to pay to enter before even receiving a table at a sit down restaurant. Hopcat will just continue to have my business over this establish now. Its comical because they were trying to make a quick 300 extra dollars and ended up alienating so many customers that they probably lost thousands upon thousands of dollars in revenue from myself and friends alone.

Good pizza, decent waitress, pizza came fast. I have never been to an establishment that charges cover to eat pizza. Yes, it was a game day, but still. New restaurant looking to gain favor? We spent $20 before we got in, a whole pizza or round of drinks. There was no line to get in either, they just were greedy. Practices like this suck. The guy at the door was a jerk to people too, but I can imagine he had to tell hundreds of people that they were paying money so that they could spend money. Not going back.

The place has several TVs to watch a game and the french onion soup was great, however the place smelled like puke. I had a hard time eating with the smell. I almost walked out, but was too lazy to find another place to eat.

I hate this place. They charged my party of 6 $5 each to get in to sit down and have a meal. We essentially paid $30 for our table before we were even served water. It took over 10 minutes to meet our server. This place doesn't even have a mother fuckin' dance floor. I pay $5 to get into Ricks and they have a dance floor where I can get my grind on AND free pizza.

Went there on a Tuesday night in March to watch my hometown hockey team. Was told by the Marriott front desk Peppino's was hands down the best sports bar in East Lansing. They were spot on. Plenty of TVs to see the game. Ryan, the bartender, immediately got my game on a big screen over the bar right in front of me. The bar was neat and clean & I was very happy to hear it was $2.25 bottle night! Any bottle! I chose Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA. This is a 30 to 40 dollar case of beer for $2.25! Foster's Oil Cans same thing - $2.25. I started with an order of wings with house made blue cheese with plenty of big chunks of Blue. The wings are cooked thoroughly in the pizza oven first then fries to perfection. They were big & meaty, not pigeon wings like Hooters & BWW are known to serve. One more thing - the wings aren't frozen. You can tell this because the bones are two colored which happens to frozen chicken. I had a small Margherita pizza. Was it the best pie I ever had, no. But it was damn good for a bar in a college town. The thing that made it for me 5 Stars was the staff. I struck up a conversation with the guy next to me about the food. Found out his name was Cory & he worked there. Between speaking with him & the aforementioned Ryan I felt like a regular 10 minutes after arriving. Both super nice guys & not pushy about where they work. They honestly are enthused to work there! Even the GM'a who were there were super friendly. I read a review where someone said it smelled like vomit & they couldn't eat. The place has a concrete floor for goodness sake so it isn't like a smell that is soaked into a college bar carpet. An establishment can't control what a jack@$$ does! I'm sure it was cleaned & the odor takes a couple hours to leave. Anyway this was my first time & sure won't be my last. Ryan - great job my man. Cory nice to meet you. Keep up the great work.

Wow I can't believe some of the negativity in a few of the reviews for this place. I have been here twice and loved it! Great pizza, tons of TVs and friendly to reservations and larger groups. I just had a birthday party there! Trying to get a larger group of people into BW3 to watch a game is damn near impossible these days. Dont listen to the haters. You're gonna like Peppino's..

I've been here twice for lunch and both times I was disappointed. The food was O.K., but the service was terrible. Today, some coworkers and I went there and we waited nearly an hour for our food. Our waitress never came to check on us while waiting, and she only refilled our drinks once (and we had to hunt her down). After our food finally came, she never returned to check on us -- and by this time we needed more drinks. One of my colleagues had to refill his own pop and another got us boxes. She never apologized, nor did she seem to care. Maybe this is a better place for drinks and dinner, but I will NEVER be back for lunch.

Went to Peppino's for the first time a few days ago. We were seated promptly and our waitress was very attentive while we waited for the other members of our party to arrive. They have an okay beer list, features a smattering of Michigan brews but nothing out of this world. I ordered the Bell's Winter White which was awesome, Hubby's beer selection was sold out so he ordered the Bell's Two Hearted. Got the large supreme pizza to share. The pizza was smaller than what we expected and we were pretty hungry and killed the whole thing. It was really good though! I was impressed with both the food and the service. Peppino's is a welcome addition to East Lansing.

Walking around East Lansing and It seemed like it was too busy to eat here..but that was not the case at all.. Greeted by the staff, I was taken to a seat at the bar which most place tell you to find a seat at the bar..not this place..I was escorted to my bar stool..with four TV's behind the bar and what looks like a 100 more with every game available on in HDTV. After being seated and greeted with a great smile and a hello from Carmen, I was a little unsure what I wanted..when I asked how the steaks are? Carmen said she had the sirloin and it was very good I was sold..and she even modified the order so I could have more veggies instead of starch for my diet...to the point that she went to the kitchen to make sure they understood completely. The steak came out and it looked good and plenty of veggies. I noticed that I had a butter knife and not a steak knife..I figured why not try it..so just like I said butter knife and I felt like I was cutting through butter..and it was medium and hot just like I ordered! I am a steak lover and I loved that steak..I say loved because there was not a bit left!! And I'm full..and I will be back!!
